Clinical Director Opportunity FlexStaff is seeking a Clinical Director for a multidisciplinary company offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Massage and Acupuncture services located in Mystic, CT. Responsibilities include: Leading the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, including meeting or exceeding operational performance metrics. Mentoring and coaching staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates in the clinic. Cultivating relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources. Growing the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing departments. Developing customized plans of care based on the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices and treatments. Overseeing patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion. Requirements include: Physical Therapist Program Graduate. Connecticut Physical Therapist License. 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Strong leadership qualities. Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications. The salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000/year.
