What You’ll Do Lead and support therapists and front desk staff with patience, positivity, and humility Foster collaboration across our leadership team (CEO, COO, CTO, Directors, and department leads) Build trusting relationships—clinicians and families will know you have their best interests at heart Drive program innovation and professional growth through mentorship and creativity
