Clinical Director - Hospice (RN)

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our hospice clinical team and ensure patients and families receive compassionate, high-quality care. This leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on support for clinical staff, helping shape both the patient experience and organizational success. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for clinical staff and services. Support and mentor Clinical Supervisors and nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. Oversee hiring, training, orientation, and professional development of clinical personnel. Monitor clinical records, patient census trends, and operational indicators to optimize quality and efficiency. Partner with leadership on budgeting, policy development, and strategic goals. Lead quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs. Serve as acting Executive Director when needed. Other duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Administrator. Qualifications Current RN license; Bachelor's in Nursing required (Master's preferred). At least 3 years of management experience in hospice or healthcare. Hospice experience. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of business management, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards. Licensed driver with reliable, insured transportation.
