Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Minimum EducationBachelor's degree in NursingMaster's degree in Nursing (Preferred)*Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Required SkillsLicenses:Registered Nurse (RN) in State of MichiganRequired SkillsCertifications:Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)Minimum Work Experience10 years as an RN5 years RN experience in Family Birthing, NICU, Mother Child or comparable unit5 years management experienceExperience working in a union environment
