Your Key Responsibilities: Oversee all clinical and operational activities within assigned facility or territory
Supervise and mentor clinical staff including Assistant Clinical Director, BCBA Supervisors, BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Consultants, and Technicians
Manage client caseloads ensuring compliance with insurance and organizational policies
Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, design treatment plans aligning with organizational philosophy
Coordinate clinical coverage and staff scheduling to maintain high-quality services and workplace safety
Monitor client progress, review treatment plans, and ensure parent and staff training needs are met
Address client, parent, and staff concerns with collaboration from administrative teams
Prepare and administer staff performance evaluations with HR support
Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold client privacy
Collaborate closely with Regional Clinical Director to meet facility and territorial needs
Plan caseload distribution and resources to optimize team performance
Job Requirements Active BCBA certification and LBA licensure required
Master's degree in related field (ABA, Psychology, or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years experience in ABA or working with children with developmental disabilities Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to analyze data, exercise sound judgment, and resolve conflicts Experience delegating and supervising clinical and administrative tasks Budget and resource planning knowledge preferred Flexible schedule availability to support changing clinical needs Occasional travel may be required
