At Flywheel Centers, we're seeking a Clinical Director to oversee ABA services across our Crofton and Owings Mills regions, supporting families through center-based, in-home, and daycare-based care. About the Role As the Clinical Director for our Maryland centers, you'll lead the day-to-day clinical operations for both Crofton and Owings Mills. You'll supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs, conduct behavioral assessments, and work closely with families to drive meaningful progress in multiple settings - including our Flywheel Centers, local daycares, and clients' homes. You'll be supported by our Regional Clinical Director and Quality Assurance team, but this is your opportunity to shape the local culture, lead ethically, and deliver exceptional care. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of clinicians and technicians across multiple care environments Conduct and oversee initial assessments, treatment plans, and plan updates Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs and RBTs Guide parent training and caregiver engagement for consistent progress Ensure clinical excellence, compliance, and documentation quality across settings Collaborate with operations and intake teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions Help define and model the culture and values of Flywheel in your region What You'll Need Active BCBA certification Eligible for or holding a Maryland license to practice behavior analysis At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in ABA Experience in mixed settings: center-based, in-home, or daycare Strong knowledge of assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills A passion for empowering both children and clinicians to thrive What We Offer Competitive salary : $90,000-$140,000 based on experience Paid time off and a flexible schedule Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Referral bonuses Clinical leadership development and CEU opportunities A culture of collaboration, growth, and transparency Location & Setting Region: Crofton & Owings Mills, Maryland Setting: Center-based, in-home, and daycare Full-time leadership role with flexibility to meet regional needs About Flywheel Centers At Flywheel, we're reimagining the way families and clinicians experience autism services.
