As a strategic visionary, you will spearhead operational initiatives alongside our Sr. Director Operations and the Vice President of Operations. Your role is not only about overseeing the operational heartbeat but also about empowering practice managers through insightful guidance and collaborative support, ultimately driving successful site-specific action plans and budgets.
