LNN | Northline | 5598 A-1 N Fwy, Houston TX 77076 About the Position As a Clinic Medical Director, you will serve as a physician at one of our clinical sites and support the management of clinical practice for providers across primary care service lines at your designated site. This role involves collaboration with operational and nursing leadership at the site.

Optimize schedules, manage provider behavior and professionalism, and implement clinical workflows in collaboration with the Site Director
Educate providers on new initiatives and monitor their implementation

Minimum Requirements Medical Doctorate (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
Board Certification in a Primary Care Specialty (Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice)
Current Texas medical license
DEA license
At least 3 years of post-residency clinical experience
Leadership or management experience
Community healthcare experience
Experience supporting clinical programs across departments
