Compensation & Benefits

- Lead, mentor, and inspire your team (including PTs, PTAs, techs, and front office staff) to create a positive, patient-centered culture.
- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence in patient care.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, and the local community to drive growth.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams on outreach and referral initiatives.
- Monitor clinic performance and adjust operations, staffing, and schedules to meet goals and patient volume needs.
- Provide weekly updates to the Director of Operations on clinic performance and outcomes.
- Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
- Deliver hands-on therapy focused on improving mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Track patient progress, communicate with referring providers, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Stay current on best practices through continuing education and mentorship opportunities.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (Master’s or Doctorate)
- At least 2 years of outpatient experience delivering high-quality, one-on-one care
- Natural leader who builds teamwork, accountability, and positivity
- Strategic thinker who understands clinic performance, operations, and growth
- Skilled communicator and relationship builder
- Prior leadership experience preferred but not required – we’ll help you grow into the role
