What You’ll Be Doing Lead, mentor, and inspire your team (PTs, PTAs, techs, and front office staff) to create a positive, patient-centered culture. Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence in patient care. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, patients, and the local community to drive growth. Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing on outreach and referral initiatives. Monitor clinic performance and adjust operations, staffing, and schedules to meet goals and patient volume needs. Provide weekly updates to the Director of Operations on clinic performance and outcomes. Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care. Deliver hands-on therapy focused on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Track patient progress, communicate with referring providers, and ensure accurate documentation. Stay current on best practices through continuing education and mentorship opportunities.
