Key Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and welcoming reception for clients, answering phones and greeting them with a smile.
Connect clients with the most suitable tax professional to meet their specific needs.
Effectively manage client scheduling preferences to accommodate their requests.
Ensure that all client needs are met during service interactions, whether in-person, over the phone, or virtually.
Work collaboratively with team members to uphold a tidy and organized office environment.
Perform additional tasks as required to support seamless office operations.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
A strong background in customer service paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
A willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule and potentially work from multiple locations.
Sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
Compensation: $1,850.00 - $1,950.00/Hr.
