About the Role Join our team as a Client Service Representative where you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments. Your primary objective will be providing outstanding customer service and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. Your Impact Main Responsibilities: Proactively communicate potential issues or customer concerns to your supervisor.
Respond promptly to management and client requests through emails, phone calls, text messages, and in-person communication.
Maintain a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Collaborate in creating and updating the Site Procedure Guide to accurately document account processes.
Engage in various responsibilities including Copy/Print Production, Copier Maintenance, Mail/Courier Services, Reception/Office Services, Shipping/Receiving, and Inventory Services depending on the assigned location.
Participate in cross-functional training to ensure coverage during staffing shortages.
Be adaptable as site responsibilities and location of service may change based on client or division needs.
Copy/Print Production: Ensure all print requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
Review electronic files for print readiness, perform printing tasks, and manage final assembly and quality control checks.
Log and track all activities for reporting purposes.
Assist customers with their print requests.
Maintain and perform basic upkeep on printing equipment.
Document and track customer inquiries and the fulfillment of requests.
Conduct daily maintenance tasks as necessary.
Mail/Courier Services: Handle receiving, sorting, delivering, and processing all courier items and correspondence efficiently.
Monitor and track courier and accountable items (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Investigate and route unidentified or generic mail appropriately.
Log and deliver messenger items timely.
Respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain equipment as needed.
Document and track customer inquiries and fulfill requests promptly.
Shipping/Receiving: Oversee shipping and receiving of all packages and materials while verifying and maintaining records.
Receive shipments, count items, retain shipment documentation, and obtain customer signatures as required.
Manage shipping/receiving operations, respond to inquiries, and maintain inventory effectively.
About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring This is a customer-facing role that requires adherence to customer policies, which may include COVID-19 vaccinations and other safety measures. Compensation: $17.20 - $23.37 hourly. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of related experience.
Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are necessary.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities are essential to meet deadlines.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are a must.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Must take necessary steps to obtain security clearances required by customers.
Driving between client locations may be required; a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are necessary.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and willingness to stand, bend, walk, reach, and pull while performing duties.
