Soundview Financial Group, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a full-time Client Service Coordinator to join our growing and client-focused team. We are committed to helping clients feel confident about their financial future by delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice with professionalism and care.
This role is central to the operational strength of our practice and plays a critical part in supporting advisors and delivering a seamless client experience.
Job Purpose:
The Client Service Coordinator is responsible for managing core operational functions of the practice, including scheduling, client onboarding, account setup, meeting preparation, and ongoing advisor support. This individual ensures workflows are executed efficiently, CRM systems are maintained accurately, and client service standards remain high.
This is a long-term operations career opportunity. We are seeking someone committed to remaining in an operations-focused role.
Responsibilities: Manage advisor scheduling and calendar coordination Oversee client onboarding and account setup processes Prepare meeting materials and assist with follow-up tasks Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy and consistency Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to advisors Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance standards are upheld Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency Adapt to evolving systems and operational procedures Qualifications: Financial services experience preferred Licensed (Series 7, 66, or similar) or willingness to become licensed within the first twelve months Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proactive, intuitive, and solutions-oriented mindset Comfortable working within evolving workflows and CRM systems Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept with technology Long-term mindset with desire to grow within the practice (10+ year outlook preferred) Work Environment: In-office position during initial training and onboarding Hybrid flexibility available after six months Collaborative, team-oriented professional setting Compensation and Benefits: Base compensation: $29.00 - $36.00 based on experience Employment classification: Non-exempt Bonus opportunity: up to 10% of base pay, factored from combination of individual performance and team goals Benefits Include: Health Insurance (100% employer paid for employee); optional vision and dental (employee paid) Safe harbor 401(k) plan with 6% match Group life insurance Paid Time Off - vacation policy, sick leave, holidays Paid CE and professional designation education
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
