Position Reports To: Branch Manager/CSR Director
Position Summary:
In the role of Client Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts, engaging with them in person, over the phone, or through our online platforms to provide essential equipment and services. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders efficiently, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by our company.
Familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and training programs.
Handle telephone inquiries professionally and take detailed messages as required.
Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Process customer orders swiftly and accurately, ensuring proper verification of insurance coverage.
Communicate effectively about customers' financial responsibilities regarding their equipment.
Facilitate timely coordination of deliveries and pickups with patients and caregivers.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer complaints.
Audit and confirm all delivery paperwork daily for accuracy.
Maintain active oversight of rental equipment and ensure compliance with company policies for billing and documentation.
Collect necessary prior authorization from third-party payers.
Educate customers and caregivers on the safe and effective use of delivered equipment.
Commit to continual learning and skill development across all aspects of the position.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a clerical or customer service role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to make independent decisions.
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing and medical office operations is highly valued.
Continuing Education:
Participation in ongoing training sessions and industry-related programs as designated by management.
