ROLE SUMMARY: We’re looking for a true hunter: someone who thrives on building new relationships, uncovering client challenges, and positioning ARK’s solutions in ways that create lasting impact. With strong support from our sales operations and delivery teams, you're developing the plan and setting the stage for long-term client success. From the first outreach to the signed agreement and beyond, you’ll shape how clients experience ARK: as a trusted partner invested in their future. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively engage target clients through LinkedIn, email, phone, networking events, and referrals to open doors and spark new opportunities. Engage Decision Makers and build trusted relationships with Procurement, HR, IT, DEI, and business leaders to uncover challenges and align ARK’s solutions. Own the sales process from the first conversation to signed agreement with energy, discipline, and accountability. Build & maintain a strong pipeline of target clients through consistent communication that lead to measurable results. Collaborate with delivery (recruiting) and sales support to translate client needs into tailored solutions primed for immediate impact. Stay engaged as a trusted advisor, expanding accounts and strengthening long-term partnerships. Leverage data and tools including JobDiva CRM, LinkedIn Navigator to maintain visibility, forecasting accuracy, and transparent reporting. Partner cross-functionally with marketing, Consultant Care, and Delivery to share insights, influence account strategy, and support ARK’s culture of collaboration and growth. QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of experience in staffing, consulting, or B2B sales (IT staffing or professional services a plus). Proven success selling to non-MSP organizations or initiating direct client relationships. Strong verbal, written, and consultative communication skills. Ability to manage multiple complex relationships and prioritize effectively. Comfortable working with remote/offshore teams. Tech savvy, with proficiency in JobDiva (ATS/CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools. Self-accountable with mature practice in data cleanliness.
