Overview Movement Church, located on the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, is looking for their Children’s Ministry Pastor/Director. The primary goal of the Children’s Ministry Director is to lead children into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by cultivating exciting, caring, and engaging environments where they can discover how God’s Word can change their lives and how they can build friendships that will last. The ideal candidate will have prior experience cultivating these kinds of environments, teaching and working with children, and building teams. This individual will oversee all ministries to children aged birth-5th grade and will demonstrate a passion for raising up great leaders to build ministry teams well equipped to invest into the lives of all Movement Kids.
