What You’ll Do: Lead daily center operations: staff scheduling, HR, vendor management, and facilities oversight. Drive financial performance: monitor revenue, manage budgets, and optimize costs. Ensure compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards (DECAL, Quality Rated). Partner with teachers to deliver a high-quality, developmentally appropriate curriculum. Recruit, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth. Build strong family partnerships and community engagement to support enrollment and retention.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). 5+ years of ECE leadership experience in licensed childcare or preschool operations. Strong operational management skills (HR, finance, compliance) and leadership expertise. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Passion for early childhood development, teacher training, and staff mentorship.
