*The Role:*
We are seeking a highly driven, detail-obsessed Chief of Staff / Director of Operations to serve as the CEO's right hand and lead the day-to-day operations of ProBox TV. This person will roll up their sleeves, step into the trenches when needed, and personally drive execution across departments. You will sit beside the CEO and act as an operational force multiplier, ensuring strategic initiatives get done, teams stay aligned, and execution never slips. The ideal candidate thrives in chaos, can micro-manage when needed, and is relentless in holding people accountable.
*Responsibilities:*
- Translate the CEO's strategic vision into detailed operational plans and personally ensure they get executed
- Proactively manage cross-functional workflows across marketing, events, content, and technology
- Own and run leadership meetings: set agendas, assign owners, and relentlessly follow up
- Build internal dashboards and reporting to surface bottlenecks, KPIs, and progress gaps
- Directly intervene in underperforming areas — step in, fix issues, and restore momentum
- Personally lead high-priority initiatives and special projects to completion
- Maintain strong communication between departments and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Drive accountability and performance across all teams with a hands-on approach
*Qualifications:*
- 5 - 10 years in operations, project management, consulting, strategy, or Chief of Staff-type roles
- Hands-on operator with exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented; thrives on structure, deadlines, and follow-through
- Experience juggling multiple priorities, departments, and workstreams
- Proficient in Monday.com, Excel, Google Suite, and dashboard tools
- Comfortable jumping into tactical execution while maintaining a high-level view
- Background in media, sports, events, or fast-paced startup environments is a strong plus
- Experience in combat sports, boxing, or live production is a bonus
- Ability to build systems and processes from scratch, not just manage existing ones
