About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff and Director of Communications and Public Relations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in operational innovation, strategic planning, and marketing and communications. As the Chief of Staff, you will be a principal advisor to the Dean, shaping the strategic direction of the college, and ensuring the execution of key initiatives. This highly visible and impactful position requires a leader who can provide independent, executive-level administrative support, and high-level project management across a large, complex organization. The Director of Communications and Public Relations will work closely with the Dean and college leadership to enhance the visibility and reputation of the college, attract students, and foster relationships with alumni and partners.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an advanced degree being preferred, and at least 10 years' of relevant experience in a marketing or communications field. A modern, marketing-oriented approach, excellence in written, visual, and digital marketing, and a proven track record of delivering strategic projects are essential. The role also involves overseeing a marketing and communications department, so experience in team management and a collaborative, creative work environment is desired. The ideal candidate will have a background in higher education, particularly in a law or law-related setting, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
