About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as its Chief Executive Officer, with a primary focus on the strategic, operational, and financial management of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization's strategic plan, providing visionary leadership, and representing the organization in the community. Key responsibilities also include overseeing financial health, ensuring compliance with regulations, and identifying funding opportunities. The Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and community stakeholders to advance the mission and ensure the sustainability of the organization.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in non-profit management. The role requires strong financial acumen, experience in budgeting, accounting, fundraising, and grant writing, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to the mission and values of the organization, experience working with a Board of Directors, and an understanding of governance best practices. Responsibilities also include human resources management, event and program development, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
