About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to serve as its Chief Executive Officer, leading the organization at a critical time for local government. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and advancing the company's long-term vision, building a collaborative and high-performing organizational culture, and leading strategic planning. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in executive leadership, government relations, and public policy, who can effectively represent the interests of the company's members with various stakeholders. The Executive Director will also be tasked with ensuring the company's financial sustainability, overseeing budgeting, and maintaining strong relationships with the Board of Directors.

The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company will have at least ten years' of relevant experience or a graduate degree with five years' of experience in municipal or nonprofit management. Key qualifications include exceptional communication skills, the ability to build and retain high-performing teams, and a commitment to a service-oriented, member-first approach.
