About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Advancement Officer and Executive Director to lead its philanthropic efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, alumni relations, and acting as the primary liaison for all philanthropic matters. This role involves long-range strategic planning, leadership, and day-to-day administration of the Foundation, with a focus on securing support for the institution's priorities. As a strategic partner, the Chief Advancement Officer/Executive Director will work to rebuild and enhance the philanthropic culture and systems within the college.
