Chef/ Director needed for School food service program in the Lyndhurst, NJ area. Monday through Friday, full time, 5 paid PTO days. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!

School K through 12 experience required. Most posses management skills.

Must have knowledge and skills in:

• Computer/POS systems
• Microsoft Excel and Word
• Gmail, Google sheets, and Docs.

Duties to include:

• Oversee kitchen operation on a daily basis.
• Ensure all safety and food handling guidlines are enforced.
• Create menus to follow with the NSLP
• Oversee stafing needs
• Report to area supervisor on a daily basis
