This includes leading the development and enhancement of clinical and educational activities, supervising professional and clinical staff, and ensuring the professional performance of all practitioners within the department. The role also involves collaborating with administrative and nursing leadership to create a team-based clinical environment, developing hospital-focused quality metrics, and promoting academic teaching and clinical research opportunities.
As the Stroke Director, the candidate will champion the delivery of advanced stroke care, oversee the evaluation and improvement of performance processes, and lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experience.
