What You'll Lead
Finance: Oversee budgets of $10M+ , financial strategy, forecasting, and compliance
Technology: Leverage ERP systems ( Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or Oracle ) to optimize operations
People: Direct IT and HR functions to strengthen organizational growth
Strategy: Provide insights to guide investments, mitigate risk, and scale business operations
Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to align execution with long-term goals
What We're Looking For
Proven CFO or senior leadership experience
Success managing budgets of $10M or larger
Hands-on background with IT and HR operations
Proficiency in ERP/financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Sage, or Oracle)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience working in union environments
