What You'll Do
You'll provide compassionate, high-quality care that helps clients live comfortably and with dignity:
- Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and more
- Support mealtimes--encourage nutrition and independence
- Monitor and record vital signs and other health indicators
- Communicate with families and team members to ensure excellent care
- Engage residents through activities and companionship
- Respond quickly and confidently in emergency situations
What You Bring
- Active North Carolina CNA Certification (State Listed)
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (CNA, PCA, HHA, or RA)
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Comfort working in homes with pets (cats and dogs)
- A caring heart and a passion for helping others
