About the Role:Clever Bee Academy is growing, and we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Center Director for our Harrisburg Pike location! As the Center Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our center, managing staff, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (child development, special education, elementary education or human service field with 30 ECE credits)Minimum of 3-5 documented supervisory experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated strong leadership, process and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamUnfortunately, we are not able to provide sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration or related field3-5 years in early childhood education Experience working with diverse populationsExperience with budget managementAbility to effectively read, write and communicate the English language. Bilingualism is a plusResponsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring that all staff are working efficiently and effectivelyManage and motivate staff, providing guidance and support as neededEnsure that all clients receive the highest level of service, resolving any issues that may ariseDevelop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the centerMaintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurateSkills:As the Center Director, you will be using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage staff and ensure that clients receive the highest level of service. Your strong leadership and organizational skills will be essential in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the center. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the center.
