• Base Salary: Starting at $115,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Starting Bonus: $20,000 all-inclusive sign-on and relocation assistance package

We’re seeking a Director of Clinical Services – Cardiology to lead, innovate, and elevate cardiovascular care delivery. This strategic leadership role oversees multiple departments, including the Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Pre/Post Unit, Non-Invasive Radiology, Cardiology Clinics, and Cardiac Rehab.

The Director will play a pivotal role in operational excellence, team development, and strategic growth — ensuring timely access to services and fostering collaboration across the organization. • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all cardiovascular departments
• Develop and execute short- and long-term goals for cardiac services
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and safe patient care delivery
• Oversee budget planning, utilization, and financial performance
• Foster teamwork and communication among multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Promote professional development and mentorship for nursing and clinical teams
• Implement performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and efficiency
• Represent the organization in community and professional partnerships
• Champion patient- and family-centered care values
• Address patient feedback with empathy and action-oriented solutions

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Licensure:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Arkansas (AR) or
  • Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
• Certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) or American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS) or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

• Demonstrated leadership experience in cardiology or hospital operations
• Strong strategic planning and organizational skills
• Proven success managing multi-department healthcare services
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Financial acumen and experience with departmental budgeting
• Commitment to continuous improvement and clinical excellence
