Responsibilities

  • Lead dynamic campus tours and presentations that highlight the value of a UTI education and inspire prospective students to take the next step.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing admissions team through daily guidance, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Set and manage enrollment goals, forecasting performance metrics and activity standards to drive individual and team success.
  • Oversee staffing strategy, including forecasting needs, participating in hiring, and building a strong talent pipeline.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration by aligning with Financial Aid, Student Services, Education, and Field Sales to support shared goals.
  • Communicate strategic vision clearly and consistently to ensure team alignment with institutional objectives and admissions priorities.
  • Monitor performance and compliance, submitting regular reports, attending leadership meetings, and ensuring adherence to policies and processes.

Qualifications

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/management
  • 3-5 years of management experience
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment by adapting quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Analyze and apply data-driven insights to support strategic goals while maintaining flexible work schedules.
  • May require overnight travel.
