Campbell Global is seeking an Executive Director level Investment Specialist to lead asset raising, business retention, and client service within our Alternative Investments division. This role is pivotal in executing the strategy for the timberland alternative asset class, including platform development, new product launches, and internal education on the asset class and climate solutions.

Job Summary As an Executive Director supporting Campbell Global, you will manage client relationships, oversee a team of two, and lead reporting efforts for internal and external inquiries. You will collaborate with the Strategic Solutions group on marketing materials, client pitches, and fostering strong relationships with portfolio management and client advisory teams. Job Responsibilities Contribute to product strategy, platform development, and launches in partnership with the leadership and Product Strategy & Development team. Develop and maintain relationships between investment and distribution teams. Articulate investment strategies and performance to stakeholders and clients. Provide internal education through thought leadership, training, and collaboration with various teams. Support new product development, monitor market trends, and propose solutions. Collaborate with marketing to promote products and create client communications. Manage fundraising and client relationships, including launching new products. Lead project management efforts, including due diligence and follow-up with investors and clients. Coordinate responses to RFIs/RFPs and client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Create persuasive sales documents with internal and external teams. Maintain knowledge of the forestry asset class, capital markets, carbon markets, and forest management operations. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Minimum of 9 years in Investment Specialist or Product Specialist roles. Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, with a proven track record in financial sales and sustainable achievement. Strong industry and product knowledge, understanding competition, clients, and market dynamics. Excellent communication skills—written, oral, and presentation—with a passion for the subject matter. Exceptional relationship-building skills for clients and internal teams across alternatives and Morgan. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Series 24 license. Expertise in alternative investments is highly preferred.
