Develop and execute aligned business plans to meet sales and volume objectives. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize access and build relationships. Motivate, coach, and retain a diverse team skilled in healthcare and account management. Set account goals, oversee performance metrics, and drive business results. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in key commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, etc.). Experience in people management and leadership. Valid US Driver’s License. Preferred Qualifications: Residence within the regional geography. Experience beyond sales, including marketing or healthcare roles. Background in immunology sales or marketing.
