We're seeking an experienced Business Development Director to spearhead our growth across the US market. You should thrive on building relationships, solving complex business challenges, and will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic tech services and solutions sales.
What you will do
Strategic Business Development
Drive Growth: Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise deals in the Data and AI domain, focusing on tech services and solutions
Go-to-Market Excellence: Work with the firm’s leadership to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our Data and AI services and solutions
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects
Managing Relationship with Leadership: Navigate sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with C-level executives and key decision makers
Relationship Building and Market Expansion
Executive Engagement: Cultivate deep relationships with CXOs, Chief Data Officers, Chief Technology Officers, and other enterprise technology leaders
Network Leverage: Activate and expand your existing networks within retail, media, financial services (small to mid-size banks), tech, healthcare, and education sectors to accelerate business development
Solution Partnership: Collaborate closely with our technical teams and solution architects to develop compelling, tailored value propositions that address specific client challenges
Market Intelligence and Strategic Insight
Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and maintain competitive positioning in the Data and AI services space
Voice of Customer: Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development, service offerings, and market positioning
Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to guide strategic decision-making
What we are looking for
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or solution selling within the enterprise technology services space
Deep expertise in selling complex tech services, solutions, software platforms, and associated technology offerings
Experience with Data and AI solutions, analytics platforms, or related technology services preferred
Industry and Network
Established relationships within retail, media, tech, healthcare and financial services (small to midsize banks), tech, healthcare, and education industries
Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives and senior technology decision makers
Understanding of enterprise technology procurement processes and complex buying cycles
Core Competencies
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue high-value, transformational opportunities
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to boardrooms and technical audiences alike
Consultative approach to sales with strong business acumen and technical fluency
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
