Overview

DLH is seeking a Business Development Director with a proven track record in federal Health IT and public health scientific research, with a strong focus on growth at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and related HHS agencies. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who brings deep agency insight, trusted relationships, and the ability to shape strategic positioning. The Director will lead efforts to expand DLH's reputation and growth pipeline by identifying and qualifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and guiding the business development process to maintain a high win probability. This is a growth leadership role-not a proposal writer or capture manager position. This position will expand upon an already successful portfolio of established and growing customer accounts at CDC and HHS.

This position is located in the Atlanta, GA area with local and extended travel expected up to 10% of the time.
