About the Role
Are you a seasoned life insurance distribution professional with a passion for building deep relationships and delivering strategic solutions to advisors? This is your opportunity to join a high-growth, well-capitalized independent Brokerage General Agency (BGA), backed by a nationally recognized leader in life insurance finance and innovation.
As Brokerage Sales Director, you'll be at the forefront of blending traditional life brokerage with modern solutions—including advanced markets, premium finance, and life settlements—to support and grow advisor partnerships across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate and expand relationships with independent life agents, financial advisors, and producer groups nationwide
Drive life and annuity production through strategic case design, carrier expertise, and white-glove consultative support
Onboard and activate new independent producers/advisors while identifying key growth opportunities
Serve as a trusted strategic partner—delivering product insights, underwriting guidance, and access to advanced planning tools such as premium financing and life settlements
Collaborate closely with internal teams (case design, underwriting, operations) to ensure a seamless, high-touch advisor experience
Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience in life insurance wholesaling, distribution, or a BGA environment
Proven track record of building advisor trust, influencing case placement, and delivering product and market expertise
Deep knowledge of life insurance and/or annuity products; experience with premium finance and life settlements strongly preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to lead both strategic discussions and tactical execution
Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation Range: $300,000 to $400,000
Includes a highly competitive compensation structure and benefits package. Additional performance-based incentives and long-term growth opportunities are available for the right candidate.
Salary/Compensation: $300,000 - $400,000 per year
