Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this full-time, in-person role is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the branch. You will lead a team of directors and coordinators across key program areas, including membership, youth development, fitness, sports, and aquatics. Core responsibilities include staff leadership and development, budget management, program oversight, and cultivating strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university in a related field (required). Minimum of 6 years of management experience, preferably in a YMCA or other nonprofit agency. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Polished speaker who is comfortable presenting in large and small groups that may include board members, executives, school principals, and staff members. Ability to think strategically and use evidence-based principles to grow programs and drive results. Ability to work collaboratively across levels and disciplines. Ability to manage complex grant-funded programs and associated reporting. Minimum age of 21. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
