Branch Director Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Branch Director  for their Hospice location in the  Kaufman County, TX area . A Registered Nurse is required. Hospice or Home Health leadership experience is required. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!

Branch Director Job Requirements  Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience Registered Nurse required. Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice home care regulations. Financial and business development background preferred.

Branch Director Job Responsibilities  Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget. Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations. Work with Sales staff to grow census. Hire and retain staff. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
