Branch Director Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health  organization. They have a current opening for a Branch Director  for their Home Health location in the Chicago, IL area . Medicare Home Health leadership experience is required. Clinical and non-clinical candidates will be considered. This person will manage operations, financials, clinical performance, census growth, and help to create a positive culture. Local candidates only.

Branch Director Job Requirements Home Health branch leadership experience. Excellent understanding of Medicare Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM. Registered Nurse preferred. Connections with referral sources in the local market. Branch Director Job Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day branch operations. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. Hire, train, mentor, motivate, and retain staff. Grow census.
