Clinical Director - ABA Services
$100k-120k/year | Full-Time | Center, In-Home & Daycare Settings

We meet families where they're-and we're looking for a Clinical Director in the Atlanta metro area (including Alpharetta) to help lead our mission.
About the Role
As Clinical Director, you'll lead a team of BCBAs and behavior technicians across a combination of settings - including our Union-based center, nearby daycare sites, and in-home clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys versatility, wants to shape service delivery strategy, and thrives on collaboration with families and providers alike.
You'll guide intake and assessment, oversee supervision, and work closely with the Regional Clinical Director to ensure that Flywheel's services remain ethical, practical, and family-first.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary ABA team across center-based, in-home, and daycare settings
Conduct and oversee initial behavioral assessments and treatment plan development
Maintain consistent parent training, caregiver communication, and goal alignment
Supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and fieldwork students
Provide ongoing clinical oversight, feedback, and performance support
Ensure compliance with all state, insurance, and company standards
Collaborate with intake, operations, and QA teams to support client success
Help refine workflows and influence the culture of your region
What You'll Need
Active BCBA certification
Experience working with children with autism in ABA programs
At least 2 years of clinical supervision or team leadership experience
Confidence in assessment tools (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) and EHR systems (e.g., Central Reach)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
