Rite of Passage is hiring a Bilingual ORR Program Director at Canyon State Academy in Queen Creek, Arizona. Canyon State Academy is situated on a scenic 180-acre campus featuring a football stadium, an athletic center (gymnasium, wrestling room, weight room, and more), a farm, student housing for over 300 youth, a thrift store, café, and barbershop open to the community. Staff enjoy free meals on-site and discounts at the thrift store and café. Salary: $100,000 per year Benefits include medical, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance within 90 days, a 401k match of up to 6% after one year, paid time off accruing from day one, and more. Responsibilities The Program Director oversees the quality delivery of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services, ensuring compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. Responsibilities include managing daily site operations such as budgeting, administration, program promotion, staff development, and training. The Director serves as a senior manager, leading the site management team, and upholding the organization's mission and values. Qualifications Candidates should have: Master's Degree in SW, education, psychology, sociology, or behavioral science, or a Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in child welfare administration and protective services At least 2 years in program management or as a licensed childcare program director 6+ years supervisory and management experience Bilingual in Spanish and English Must be licensed At least 21 years old Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and child abuse registry check Schedule 5 days on, 2 days off; hours vary based on program needs and may change.
