Our client is in Naperville and is seeking a dynamic contract to hire recruiter to support high-volume hiring across national distribution centers. This is a high-impact recruiting position focused on full-cycle hiring for hourly warehouse operations roles (selectors). The ideal candidate will be strategic, proactive, and able to source creatively beyond traditional platforms. This role will work cross-functionally with local and national operations leaders to fill urgent hiring needs. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-volume roles (primarily warehouse selectors). Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, job fairs, local networks, and other innovative channels. Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HRBPs. Analyze hiring trends and adapt recruiting strategies accordingly. Support team hiring peaks up to 70–150 hires/week (as part of the broader team). Occasional travel (1–2 times/year) to meet with distribution center leadership. Qualifications:
Required: 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar) for entry-level to mid-level roles. Professional speaking ability in Spanish Demonstrated creativity in sourcing strategies (beyond job boards). Strong communication, relationship-building, and process-driving skills. Open to both in-house and agency recruiter backgrounds. Preferred: 3PL (third-party logistics) recruiting experience. Familiarity with ATS tools (iCIMS, UKG) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter). Consultative, coachable, and eager to improve recruiting impact. Why choose Addison Group?
