Position Overview
As a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist, you will deliver exceptional service by managing customer inquiries via phone and email. Your role will involve researching and resolving issues, including fraud support and internet operations, while developing a thorough understanding of our products, services, and relevant regulations. You will serve as a crucial link between customers and various U.S. Bank departments to tackle more complex inquiries and technology challenges.
Pay: $20/hour - with a 10% bilingual incentive , your rate could increase to approximately $22/hour. We invite you to be a part of our talented team!
We are hiring for the April Class !
Training begins on April 6th, 2026 .
Shift Details:
Available schedules are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM CT.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Aptitude for navigating various computer systems and applications
Effective time management and multitasking capabilities
Experience in positively engaging with dissatisfied customers
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain a pleasant tone
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
