The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) handles customer questions, concerns, and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with first-call resolution and provide every customer with the ultimate customer experience.
Essential functions include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and other office duties as assigned.
- Actively promoting and offering all company products, services, and promotions to every customer, ensuring they are informed of all available options.
- Maintaining the required number of calls per shift while achieving weekly and monthly sales targets to support department goals.
- Maintaining good customer relations and ensuring that all your calls meet company standards.
- Inputting all service requests into Service Titan.
- Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints and questions by phone and text message across all lines of business while documenting dispatches thoroughly.
- Resolving problems by clarifying issues, research, exploring answers and alternate solutions.
- Communicating with customers on the status of service calls.
- Performing outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance and tune ups.
- Following up on complicated calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required knowledge includes:
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Inside sales/upselling experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in typing and basic computer skills.
- A can-do attitude with a high degree of integrity, sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Adept learner.
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently.
- Ability to read, write and speak in English and Spanish.
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
