Position: Director, Nursing, Behavioral Health Location: Brooklyn, NY

Pay Rate: $/hr

Schedule: A-P MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK ADDITIONAL HOURS - NO OT Duties:

-Participates with the Sr. Vice President for Patient Care Services and other members of the nursing staff in establishing philosophy and goals of the Nursing Department.

-Monitors planning of staffing to ensure safe patient care.

-Ensures that all areas have appropriate staffing plans, and recruitment, hiring & retention practices to retain qualified staff for positions. Monitors staffing effectiveness regularly.

-Provides direct supervision of Assistant Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers and Administrative Nursing Coordinators. Requirements:

- TRUST Certification

- Masters of Nursing Required or related field

- OR -Minimum ten () years of Relevant Administrative/ Supervisory experience.

Preferred Education: -Doctorate.

- Current NY State RN License.

-BLS. -ACLS. -TRUST.
