Salary: $85,696 - $93,246.40 annually

AHCH is currently seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Director to lead our behavioral health team. A successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, a passion for engaging the community we serve, and a collaborative approach to leadership.
This position requires demonstrated experience in program development and evaluation, performance management of a clinical team, ability to work with escalated clients with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder, and a desire to lead and train both licensed and unlicensed providers. The candidate must be able to work successfully in interdisciplinary teams and have the ability to build solid rapport with staff, clients, and community partners. This position encompasses administrative responsibilities for department metrics, utilization, budget, and compliance along with direct service to clients. There will be some travel (typically less than 30 miles) to other sites/locations for training, outreach, and other off-site activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work with a New Mexico LCSW license.
Three years related experience and knowledge of behavioral health, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and trauma.
Must be certified to provide supervision through the New Mexico Social Work Board or become certified within 90 days.
Three years program or director level experience with clinical oversight of a BH team.
Valid NM Driver's License.
Previous work with people experiencing homelessness or other under-served populations.
Able to prioritize in a fluid environment.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five years leadership experience.
Previous experience working within an integrated/cross-disciplinary environment.
Bilingual in Spanish/English.
