Description BCBA - Clinical Site Director - Fayetteville, NC (Sign on Bonus Available) Job Type: Full Time Shifts: Monday - Friday Work Setting: In-person Qualification: Master's Degree in a related field to behavior analysis or education, including; special education, child development, and psychology
Currently board certified by the BACB as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) preferred
Five year minimum experience working with individuals with Autism
3-5 years management experience
Must have completed additional continuing education requirements to provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Verbal and Written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information
