You'll be a vital part of helping children with autism and/or global developmental disabilities achieve meaningful skill acquisition and behavioral growth. If you are driven to make a lasting, positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Why Choose Heroes Minds?

Impact and Vision-Driven Work

  • Be a Hero-Maker: Our mission is to "bring out the inner hero in every child" through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. Your work directly contributes to our vision of empowering lasting independence, confidence, and connection for every child and ensuring every family receives supportive, high-quality care.

  • Meaningful Partnerships: You will play a critical role in partnering with families, helping children build essential skills and independence that lead to meaningful progress at home, at school, and in the community.

A Culture That Prioritizes You

  • Employee-Centric Focus: We explicitly prioritize our employees and clients. We understand that to provide the best care, we must first support our team.

  • Commitment to Work-Life Balance: We actively prioritize work-life balance to ensure our BCBAs can sustain their passion and deliver their best work without burnout. We believe a well-supported BCBA is an effective BCBA.

What You'll Do (Your Impact)

As our BCBA, you will be the clinical lead for a small caseload of clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Clinical Leadership: Manage and oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for your assigned clients on the autism spectrum.

  • Assessment & Planning: Conduct initial intakes, ongoing functional assessments, and use evidence-based tools to analyze data and create highly individualized Positive Behavior Support Plans.

  • Team Oversight: Directly supervise, train, and mentor Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity.

  • Caregiver Partnership: Provide consistent and comprehensive parent/caregiver training and support.

  • Program Maintenance: Oversee data collection, analysis, discharge, and transition planning.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Required: Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Required: Professional liability insurance.

  • Experience: Demonstrated, successful experience working with children on the autism spectrum and implementing ABA-based treatment.

  • Mindset: A compassionate, highly motivated, and collaborative clinician dedicated to ethical practice and achieving lasting results.
