Position Highlights
Salary starting at $90,000/year
Caseload : Just 2–5 clients depending on center growth
Directly supervise staff while managing a reduced caseload
Report to Regional Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
Oversee case management and ensure high-quality care
Train and supervise RBTs and interns
Deliver caregiver training and support
Lead with professionalism, ethics, and compassion
Maintain clinical scheduling and staff productivity
Ensure compliance with BACB/Texas licensure standards
Utilize CentralReach software proficiently
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification and Texas LBA
2+ years as a practicing BCBA
1+ year experience in early intervention with young children with autism
Master’s in ABA, Special Ed, or related field
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Valid CPR/AED or BLS certification
