Competitive Salary: $100,000 to $105,000 including bonuses. Ability to earn more through additional performance-based bonuses.

Guide the Development of Individualized Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging Support and Supervise BCBAs and RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care Partner with Families to align on goals, monitor progress, and celebrate success Champion Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
