BCBA Clinical Director

New Today

About Bright Pathways ABA Autism care is changing — and we’re building a new kind of ABA company where children, families, and therapists are truly at the center.
At Bright Pathways ABA, we believe care should feel
human-first — rooted in relationships, collaboration, and purpose. Families deserve support that sees their child as a whole person, and therapists deserve a workplace that honors their voice and well-being.
We don’t talk about “cases” or “discharges.” We talk about partnerships, growth plans, and next chapters — because this work isn’t transactional, it’s
transformational .
We’re still early in our journey — which means every decision matters and every person shapes the future. If you’ve helped a smaller ABA company grow from the ground up, you know the thrill (and challenge) of turning ideas into systems and structure. That’s exactly the kind of leader we’re looking for.
About the Role We’re seeking a
Clinical Director
who is both
a strong clinician and a strategic builder — someone who can blend clinical expertise with deep operational awareness. This isn’t a plug-and-play role for someone coming from a large, established ABA chain. It’s for someone who’s been part of a small company’s early growth — who understands the nuances, wears multiple hats, and thrives on creating order out of complexity.
You’ll play a key role in shaping everything from our clinical systems to how we operate across states — helping us scale responsibly while staying true to our mission and values.
What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a growing team of BCBAs and RBTs, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Build and refine
clinical systems , workflows, and documentation processes to support growth and quality.
Oversee
clinical operations
that intersect with billing, insurance, credentialing, contracting, and compliance.
Ensure regulatory alignment across payers, Medicaid, and state guidelines.
Collaborate with operations, recruiting, and leadership to develop scalable company infrastructure.
Serve as the company’s
CentralReach expert , ensuring we maintain data accuracy, streamlined workflows, and strong reporting.
Lead quality assurance, clinical training, and supervision with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Who You Are A
BCBA
in good standing with 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Clinical Director or senior leader.
You’ve
helped build
a smaller ABA organization from the early stage through scale — not just managed an existing system.
You’re fluent in
CentralReach , including billing workflows, authorizations, scheduling, and reporting.
You have a
broad understanding
of operations — insurance, credentialing, authorizations, compliance, and payer relations.
You’re a
builder, not just a manager — someone who can identify what’s missing and create it.
You’re
proactive, adaptable, and systems-minded , thriving in fast-moving environments.
You value compassion, collaboration, and doing things the right way — even when it’s hard.
Why Join Bright Pathways Play a defining role in shaping a company from its foundation upward.
Work remotely with a visionary leadership team dedicated to rethinking the ABA experience for children, families, and therapists.
Help build a company culture that truly values innovation, ethics, and human connection.
Competitive pay, long-term growth potential, and the chance to make a lasting impact.
