Role Summary The Clinical Director will lead and provide clinical guidance to a dynamic team of behavior analysts and direct care staff. This role offers the opportunity to drive exceptional clinical outcomes, contribute to professional development, and enhance the quality of service delivery through innovative projects. The Director will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and growth, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while providing guidance and support to staff. Key Duties and Responsibilities Leadership & Staff Development Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with Behavior Analysts and lead RBTs to support both clinical and administrative functions.
Monitor staff productivity and ensure consistent, high-quality patient supervision.
Provide feedback on clinical documentation and help guide professional development goals.
Coach staff on effective supervision practices and collaborative caregiver engagement.
Clinical and Administrative Excellence Lead and participate in Special Interest Groups to promote best practices.
Organize and analyze clinical and administrative data sets to provide actionable insights.
Work collaboratively with regional leadership to identify needs and develop strategic initiatives.
Represent the organization at local events and within the community to foster relationships and visibility.
Address performance concerns, collaborating with Human Resources when necessary.
Meet weekly with the Director of Clinical Operations to review caseload management and team oversight.
Program Development and Oversight Lead the planning, design, and implementation of region-specific programs tailored to client needs.
Oversee the RBT certification process and ensure ongoing training and development.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field
Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant supervisory or clinical experience
Desired Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism and service orientation
Proficient in technology and data reporting tools
Exceptional interpersonal and coaching abilities
Ability to manage and tolerate challenging behaviors from clients
Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and implement data-driven solutions
